New Realme P4 Series Launched in India

A 7,000mAh Battery and Powerful Performance Featured in Both Models

New Delhi, August 20, 2025: New Realme P4 and P4 Pro smartphones have been officially launched in India, with the new series being made available for purchase starting at a competitive price point. Both devices are equipped with a substantial 7,000mAh battery, a feature that has been heavily promoted and is expected to attract users looking for extended battery life. The launch event confirmed key specifications, pricing, and availability details for both the standard and pro variants.

The Realme P4 Pro is positioned as the more premium offering in the series. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, a processor known for its efficiency and performance. A 6.8-inch Full HD+ AMOLED 4D Curve+ display is featured on the device, which boasts a high 144Hz refresh rate and a remarkable peak brightness of up to 6,500 nits. For photography, a dual-camera setup is provided on the rear, which includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX896 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), and an 8-megapixel ultrawide shooter. A 50-megapixel front-facing camera is also included for high-resolution selfies and video calls. The P4 Pro is offered in three variants: an 8GB RAM with 128GB storage model priced at ₹24,999, an 8GB RAM with 256GB storage at ₹26,999, and a top-end 12GB RAM with 256GB storage version at ₹28,999. The device is said to be sold in Birch Wood, Dark Oak Wood, and Midnight Ivy color options.

Meanwhile, the standard Realme P4 is targeted at the more budget-conscious consumer. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra SoC, and it features a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The rear camera setup consists of a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, while a 16-megapixel camera is provided for selfies. The phone’s battery capacity is said to be identical to the Pro model, offering a 7,000mAh cell with 80W fast charging support. The Realme P4 is available in three configurations, starting at ₹18,499 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The other models, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, are priced at ₹19,499 and ₹21,499, respectively. This model will be sold in Engine Blue, Forge Red, and Steel Grey colors.

Both smartphones are equipped with an AI-powered Hyper Vision chipset, which is claimed to enhance display performance and gaming experience. Additionally, a 7,000 sq mm VC cooling system has been incorporated to ensure thermal management during demanding tasks. The devices are also claimed to have IP65 and IP66 ratings for dust and water resistance, providing an added layer of durability. Both phones are set to run on Android 15-based Realme UI 6.0 out of the box.

Availability of the Realme P4 Pro will begin on August 27, while the Realme P4 has an ‘Early Bird Sale’ scheduled for August 20, ahead of its wider release on August 25. Both phones can be purchased through Flipkart, Realme’s official website, and other retail partner stores. Attractive launch offers, including bank discounts and exchange bonuses, have been announced to make the devices more accessible to consumers.
