In a city known for its relentless pace and “concrete chaos,” a sudden pause was observed on December 17, 2025, when the playful marine mammals surfaced close to the shoreline. The moment was captured in a viral video that has since resonated with millions, serving as a poignant reminder of the natural world that exists just beyond the city’s urban sprawl.
