Mumbai: The trailer of Shah Rukh Khan’s much-awaited Pathaan has finally come out. The Siddharth Anand film has Shah Rukh opposite Deepika Padukone, while John Abraham plays the antagonist. With Pathaan, Shah Rukh makes his much-awaited comeback as a leading man, following his tragic 2018 outing in Aanand L Rai’s Zero. Pathaan is scheduled to release in the theatres on January 25.
The trailer starts with John Abraham using a bazooka, before Dimple Kapadia is seen saying that the terror outfit is planning an attack on India, with her adding, “Abhi Pathaan ka vanvas ka time khatam huya.” The trailer soon sees Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan shooting a volley of bullets and taking over a chopper. The trailer also shows Deepika as a soldier who asks him to team up with her.
The fans are excited. They show their love and excitement on social media. The Pathaan trailer is a high-octane series of action sequences that will attract every fan. Shah Rukh Khan slays Pathaan, while Deepika Padukone plays a female Fatale perfectly. John Abraham as the antagonist is flawless.
YRF dropped the trailer on Twitter as well, writing, “It doesn’t get BIGGER than this! Here’s the #PathaanTrailer that you all have been waiting for! Celebrate #Pathaan with #YRF50 only on a big screen near you on 25th January. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.”
On January 9, Shah Rukh Khan took to social media to share a new look poster from Pathaan and announce that the trailer will be revealed on January 10 at 11 am. In the poster, Shah Rukh Khan can be seen holding an automatic rifle, while Deepika looks stunning in a blue dress while she holds a gun. John Abraham is seen firing a bazooka in the post. The poster has Pathaan written on it, while it is mentioned that the trailer will be out on January 10 at 11 am.
Yesterday Shah Rukh Khan captioned the post, “Thank u for waiting….ab Pathaan ki mehfil mein aa jao….#PathaanTrailer out TOMORROW at 11 AM. Celebrate #Pathaan with #YRF50 only on a big screen near you on 25th January. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.”
