New Delhi: Coming from a sportsman family Sachin was blessed with good height and physique so naturally, Sachin was inclined towards fitness which made him do judo and wins many national and international medals. He was 7 times continuous national champion in judo and secured silver and bronze medal in ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIP.

Sahin says, my father, runs a law firm. He is also a former international sportsman in wrestling. My father always pushed me to have a good fitness score while maintaining my academic grades which made me a lawyer.

Sachin Mann is a travel junkie who believes in exploring but as we were all house arrested in this pandemic and all combat sports competitions postponed to next year, out of boredom he got more inclined towards social media and because of his educated knowledge of fashion and lifestyle. He started creating fashion and lifestyle content for the viewers.

As Sachin started creating lifestyle content his social media started growing where many commercial brands started approaching him for social media advertising. So finally his mantra of not waiting for the opportunity rather creating one applied. Hence he started engrossing himself in different apps, paid promotions, and social media advertising.

Sachin’s fashion mantra is to look fashionable while being comfortable at the same time. His advice to the youth is not to follow fashion trends blindly but to wear whatever suits you and keeps you comfortable while looking fashionable and confident.

Nisarga Ramchand studying final year B.E Biotechnology, in Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering from Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Nisarga mentioned that art was her passion that provides her soul happiness and peace. There is always something that enlightens the spark within us, and for her, it was her love for painting. She loved it since her school days. She mentioned that “Art was one creative activity which I enjoyed since childhood, I loved sketching during my school days.

But in our country it yet difficult for our parents to understand our passion and to let us opt for them as our career choices. But even after getting no due attention from her parents, she continued doing and learning further all by herself. Needless to say, this step-wise practicing did help her to improve further. When she was in the third semester, she made her first-ever painting that was of Radha Krishna which was gifted to her mother.

For an artist, there is always a space to improve. Nisarga wanted to achieve perfection. For her painting is all about patience and perfection.

Though she never thought that she can turn her passion into a career, yet she was pleased as it had shown her the value of time by being patient, the happiness of completion, the beauty of colors, the best definition of creativity, inventing by mixing color, learning by mistakes, peace of mind, best results when practiced and brought contentment in her life.

Is it easy to be an artist? No, it’s never. As it requires a lot of time and a part of ourselves. Even though she used to take out time for this. She always followed artists all over the world and love to see the artworks they inspire her. Every painting has a story to tell.

From there she got the idea of canvas paintings. Starting from practicing on a small canvas and then moving to the big one now she has mastered the art.

Wall painting caught her attention. And she started to do wall paintings. She started with the wall of her house itself. The subjects were a mother elephant and her calf. Later she painted the wall outside of her house. She did 5 wall paintings. People saw that and appreciated it a lot. Even this all even caught the eye of her parents. They started supporting her financially.

Nisarga states that “Art has made me breathe with a different kind of happiness, it has become my strength and pure type of pleasure. I even started earning by making portrait painting and sketches, more than the money that customer pays it’s about the satisfactory smile that they had on their face. As it’s not just always about the money but about keeping that spark within us alive. And so on my colorful journey goes with determination towards my goal.

India’s Wait On Corona Vaccine Ends, Serum Institute And Bharat Biotech Vaccine Approved

Bharat Biotech has successfully registered 23,000 participants, moving towards achieving the target of involving 26,000 participants for the Phase III clinical trial of Covid-19 anti-vaccine covaxin.  Bharat Biotech is developing this vaccine in association with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) – Indian Institute of Virology (IIV).

Vaccine manufacturer Bharat Biotech said in a statement on Saturday night that clinical trials on the third phase of the cocaine on humans had begun in mid-November, which is targeted to be conducted on 26,000 participants.

They said this is the third stage test ever for any vaccine in India. Thanking the participants, Suchitra Alla, Joint Managing Director of Bharat Biotech said that their enthusiasm boosts the morale of the country and the world.

India’s drug regulator on Sunday approved limited emergency use of Oxford’s COVID-19 vaccine in India and India Biotech’s indigenously developed vaccine covaxin was created by the Serum Institute of India, paving the way for a wider vaccination campaign I went.

The permission has been granted by the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) based on the recommendation of the Subject Expert Committee (SEC) on Covid-19 of the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO).

DCGI Dr. VG Somani said at the press conference here, CDSCO has decided to accept the recommendations of the Expert Committee after adequate study and accordingly accorded approval for limited use in the emergency of M / s Serum and M / s Bharat Biotech vaccines.

Ashish Chanchalani told during an interview with India Today e-Mind Rocks 2020, “I wanted to become an actor since childhood. My father wanted to see me alone on screen. I have seen a lot of Bollywood movies. I wanted to be an actor, not just a hero.

After completing my studies, I decided to act and my father said that there are millions of people there, how will you be able to do it?  I started doing engineering. There came a time when I started feeling very strange. Then I decided to try my hand at acting once. I Started with the Vine app. Initially started making videos on Vine. It was not just for a career but just for fun. I also posted those videos on Instagram. People started tagging my videos to other people. She says food brings little joy and comfort to any situation.

As a child, Gurleen was a fussy eater, but look at how times changed; she is always up for trying different dishes. S.Keerthivasan was born on April 25, 1992, in Pattukottai in Tamil Nadu due to his father’s transfer. He belongs to a middle-class family. His mother uses to take care of household activities while his father was the only earning hand of his family. Keerthivasan’s father died when he was a teenager due to cancer. So he helped out his family by working part-time as a ‘trainer’, with this he continued studying. As he started doing a part-time job as a trainer, his interest in fitness and health kept growing.

Keerthivasan says that when one involves themselves completely to achieve their goals there is no looking back. He also mentioned that what inspired him to keep going was his father’s memories and how kind and hardworking he was. His father won the award of ‘Asian Gold Medalist ‘ and his achievements motivated him more.

There was no looking back after that, he worked towards achieving his goal day and night. After completing his graduation he took a step further towards his fitness career and completed personal fitness training certification programs.

Besides, being a fitness freak he loves to engage himself in playing sports. He believes that it not only helps him to stay fit physically but also it helps him to feel free and fresh mentally. He had won many prizes in sports like kabaddi, volleyball, running, rally, badminton and spots put. He is also a member of the National Service Scheme(NSS).

Through his hard work and dedication, he has conquered his position in many fields. S. Keerthivasan has a black belt in Taekwondo. He completed a proper course in Taekwondo. Life is not just about smooth sailing it involves hardships. He too faced many problems and restrictions were imposed on him. But he stayed dedicated and kept doing his power body workout. In 2011, he took a step forward and stepped into the junior-level programs at the district and state level and was certified for junior-level powerlifting. In the same year of 2011, he won both state and district level competition in strength lifting. For this, he increased his weight too. By the end of the year 2012, he got a merit certificate for the state as well as district-level bodybuilding program. And then step by step He has struggled for years and achieved it finally. But success comes with a cost, to achieve this he had to go through intense workout sessions and controlled his musculature as well.

Taking supplements and maintaining a diet accordingly requires an amount of money. He didn’t have enough of it. He sticks to the natural diet and worked out to build his body. And then he did his south Indian and finally placed as Mr. India in 2017. Even after this, he pushed his limits further and kept practicing boxing for a span of three years at a specialized academy. In 2015, he became a boxer. He is also a member of BJP in east Chennai. He is also involved in social work he donates money as well as raise funds for orphans, old age homes, roadside poor people, and many more people in need. He distributed food packages, masks, sanitizer, and clothes to the people in need and who lost their jobs during this pandemic. Even though He is not officially adopted, he is helping 25 orphan kids in mint.

He recently also started a page on the social media platform Instagram named aspire_to_inspire_kv where he guides his followers with tips and tricks about fitness and bodybuilding. He is working hard to grow and inspire as many people as possible to lead a healthy life.

Protest of farmers against agricultural laws of the center continues on Monday. Farmers seeking to withdraw the law are stuck in and around Delhi. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal reached the Singhu border on Monday morning. There Arvind Kejriwal said, “He has come here not as chief minister but as a servant.” Kejriwal said “that our entire government MLA, party workers, and myself, we are engaged in serving farmers like a servant, today we have not come as Chief Minister, I have come as a servant to serve peasants. I have come here because farmers are working for us for 24 hours by shedding blood and sweat. Today the farmer is in trouble. All our countrymen must stand with the farmers and serve them.

He said that “I have come today to take stock of all the facilities. Bio toilets have been made, cleanliness is good, there is a water system but if it is unable to go inside then it will be transported inside by putting a motor.” The farmers say “that they are satisfied with the arrangement, I am in constant touch. Our MLA Jarnail Singh has slept here last night in support of him. All our volunteers are engaged in giving service to our workers.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that the Aam Aadmi Party fully supports the protesting farmers on 8th December. He said that all our workers will participate in this protest. Talking to the farmers, he said that all over the country and I hope that everybody will join it peacefully. I appeal to the people of the whole country to join it. There was a lot of pressure on us to make the stadium a prison. It was said that the stadium should be converted into a jail, but we heard the voice of our soul. Many times Delhi CM said, “you should listen to the voice of your soul without worrying about the result.

Let us tell you that the fifth round of talks between the farmers’ organizations and the government opposing the agricultural laws were inconclusive on Saturday. The next meeting will be on Wednesday. The government is trying to end the deadlock on agricultural laws. According to sources, the government is also ready to amend the agricultural laws if needed. However, the farmers say that they do not approve of the amendment and these laws should be abolished.

Farmers’ organizations across the country have protested for a Bharat Bandh on 8 December. It includes farmers’ organizations in many states including Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan. Many political parties have also supported this bandh. The main opposition party Congress has also supported the Bharat Bandh.
