Moto Morini Seiemmezzo 650 Series Gets Price Cuts in India
Moto Morini has announced significant price reductions for its Seiemmezzo 650 series in India, making the Italian motorcycles more accessible to enthusiasts. The price cuts affect both the Retro Street and Scrambler models. These new prices, effective from February 20, 2025, apply to all color options of both models. Adishwar Auto Ride India (AARI) aims to expand Moto Morini’s presence in the Indian market with this strategic move. Design and Features The Seiemmezzo 650 series offers two distinct styles: Both models share the same platform but differ in styling and ergonomics. Key features include a 5-inch TFT screen and all-LED lighting. The Scrambler’s front suspension has a golden finish. HT Auto Engine and Performance Both the Retro Street and Scrambler are powered by a 649cc, liquid-cooled, inline twin-cylinder engine, producing 54.2 bhp of power at 8,250 rpm and 54 Nm of peak torque at 7,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. HT Auto Braking and Suspension Braking is handled by dual 298 mm front discs with four-piston calipers and a single 255 mm rear disc with two-piston calipers. Both motorcycles feature dual-channel ABS. Suspension duties are managed by upside-down telescopic forks with 120 mm of travel and a rear mono-shock with 118 mm of travel, both adjustable. HT Auto Competition The price reduction places the Seiemmezzo 650 range in direct competition with other middleweight offerings in India’s growing 650cc segment.
