This crucial slip, now available on the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in, is designed to help candidates ascertain their examination city well in advance, enabling them to make necessary travel and accommodation arrangements.
Candidates appearing for the UGC NET June 2025 exam, which is scheduled to be held from June 25 to June 29, 2025, can now access their city intimation slip. It’s important to note that this is not the admit card, but merely an advance notice of the city where your examination center will be located. The actual admit cards, containing precise venue details, will be released closer to the examination dates. Currently, the city intimation slip has been released for exams scheduled on June 25, 2025, with slips for subsequent dates expected to follow soon.
The UGC NET is a national-level examination conducted twice a year to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for ‘Assistant Professor’ as well as ‘Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor’ and ‘admission to PhD’ in Indian universities and colleges.
