The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) has officially declared the results for the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Intermediate and Final examinations for the June 2025 session. The results were announced on August 11, 2025, and are now available for candidates to access on the official ICMAI website, icmai.in.

This announcement marks a significant milestone for thousands of students who appeared for the exams held between June 11 and June 17, 2025. Following the announcement of the Foundation level results on July 8, the release of the Intermediate and Final scores determines the next steps in many students’ professional journeys, with successful candidates either advancing to the next level of the course or entering the industry as newly certified CMAs.

Pass Percentages and Key Statistics

The results highlight a mixed performance, with pass percentages for different groups. For the Intermediate Examination (Syllabus 2022), here are the key statistics:

  • Group-I only: Out of 26,974 candidates who appeared, 2,864 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 10.62%.
  • Group-II only: A total of 15,333 candidates took the exam, with 4,664 passing, a pass percentage of 30.42%.
  • Both Groups: Among the 9,998 students who appeared for both groups, 864 passed one of the groups, while 1,375 successfully cleared both.

In the Final Examination (Syllabus 2022), the results are as follows:

  • Group-III only: Out of 10,503 candidates, 1,701 passed, with a pass percentage of 16.20%.
  • Group-IV only: A total of 4,458 candidates appeared, with 1,108 passing, a pass percentage of 24.85%.
  • Both Groups: Of the 3,493 candidates who wrote both group exams, 478 passed in one group, and 651 cleared both.

Final Exam Toppers

The merit list for the Final exam showcases top talent from across the country. Hans Amresh Jain from Surat secured the first rank, followed by Chirag Kasat from Mumbai in second place, and Trishir Goyal from Jaipur in the third position. The top 10 list includes students from major cities like Bangalore and Hyderabad, as well as smaller cities, highlighting the widespread reach of the CMA qualification.

Candidates can access their scorecards by following these steps:

  1. Visit the official ICMAI website at icmai.in.
  2. Navigate to the “Examination” section and click on the result link for the CMA Intermediate/Final June 2025 term.
  3. Enter your 17-digit registration number and other required login credentials.
  4. View and download your result for future reference.
