Youth Engulfed in High-Voltage Fireball

New Delhi, November 24, 2025: A horrifying incident involving a young man in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, has been captured on a CCTV camera, the footage of which has gone massively viral on social media. The disturbing video shows the youth climbing onto an electrical transformer pole and immediately being engulfed in a massive fireball after coming into contact with high-voltage equipment. The minute-long footage, which was widely circulated online, shows the young man, who was later identified as Tarun Saini, approaching the transformer in the Baraut area. He was seen near the pole, briefly distracted by his mobile phone, before attempting to climb the structure. As soon as his hands were placed on the high-voltage equipment, a powerful blast was triggered, and a giant fireball instantly engulfed his entire body. The severity of the explosion was noted by locals, and the man was seen falling to the ground moments after the shock.

Victim Succumbs to Injuries

The critically injured youth was rushed to a nearby hospital by his family and local residents. Due to the extensive burn injuries that were sustained, he was quickly referred to Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital.
