Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit

  • Assistant: Graduate degree with at least 3 years of experience as a UDC or equivalent. The upper age limit is 35 years.
  • Stenographer: Graduate degree with a shorthand speed of 80 wpm. Proficiency in computer applications is mandatory. The upper age limit is 32 years.
  • Upper Division Clerk (UDC): Graduation with 2 years of experience as an LDC. Age limit is 32 years.
  • Assistant Registrar: Master’s degree with 55% marks. Maximum age is 40 years.

Selection Process

The selection strategy varies depending on the category of the post:

  1. Group A Posts: Candidates will undergo a Written Test, followed by a Skill Test (if applicable) and a final Interview.
  2. Group B & C Posts: Selection is primarily based on the Written Test and Skill Test (like typing or stenography). There is no interview for these categories.
