Realme 15T 5G: Battery, Power, Performance

New Delhi, September 02, 2025: Realme 15T 5G a new addition has been made to the Indian smartphone market with the official launch. The device, which is positioned as a powerful mid-range offering, is being offered with a large 7,000mAh battery and a suite of impressive specifications. The smartphone’s debut was accompanied by the announcement of its pricing, availability, and several launch offers for prospective buyers.

The Realme 15T 5G is equipped with a 6.57-inch AMOLED display. A 4,000-nit peak brightness is claimed for the screen, along with support for 10-bit color depth and a 2,160Hz PWM dimming feature. Its design, which includes ultra-slim bezels, is intended to provide an immersive viewing experience, and a high 93% screen-to-body ratio is achieved. The phone’s aesthetic is further enhanced by its textured matte finish, which is available in three color options: Flowing Silver, Silk Blue, and Suit Titanium.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Max 5G processor. This chipset is paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, with storage being expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card. An advanced cooling system is also included, with a 6,050 sq mm AirFlow vapor chamber and a large graphite sheet designed to manage heat and ensure sustained performance during heavy usage.

For photography, a dual rear camera system is provided, with a 50MP primary sensor at its core. The phone is also given a 50MP selfie camera on the front. Both the front and rear cameras are capable of 4K video recording. A number of AI-powered features, such as AI Edit Genie, AI Snap Mode, and AI Landscape, are also included to enhance the photography experience.

One of the most notable features of the Realme 15T 5G is its massive 7,000mAh battery. This battery is supported by 60W wired fast charging, and 10W reverse charging is also available. The device is said to provide extensive usage hours, with claims of up to 13 hours of gaming or over 25 hours of YouTube playback on a single charge. Despite the large battery capacity, a slim profile of 7.79mm and a weight of 181 grams have been achieved for the phone.

In terms of durability, the Realme 15T 5G is built to withstand dust and water exposure, with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings. These ratings are considered to be a rare feature for a device in this price segment. The phone ships with Realme UI 6.0, which is based on Android 15, and a long-term software commitment of three years of major Android updates and four years of security patches has been provided.

The pricing for the Realme 15T 5G starts at Rs 20,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB variants are priced at Rs 22,999 and Rs 24,999, respectively. The device can be pre-booked now, with its first sale scheduled to begin on September 6. Launch offers include a Rs 2,000 instant discount on purchases made with select bank cards, which brings the effective starting price down to Rs 18,999. The phone will be available for purchase through Flipkart, Realme’s official online store, and offline retail outlets.
