ICMAI CMA December 2024 Exam Results Declared

February 11, 2025 – The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) has announced the results for the Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) Intermediate and Final examinations held in December 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exams can now check their results on the official ICMAI website, icmai.in.  

Exam Overview

The CMA December 2024 exams were conducted from December 10 to 17, 2024, across various centers in India. Lakhs of candidates appeared for the Intermediate and Final exams, vying for a spot in the prestigious CMA program.  

How to Check Results

Candidates can access their results by following these steps:

1. Visit the official ICMAI website, icmai.in.  
2. Click on the “Students” tab on the homepage.
3. Navigate to the “Examinations” section and click on “Results.”
4. Select the relevant link for “CMA Intermediate Result 2024” or “CMA Final Result 2024.”
5. Enter your login credentials, including your registration number and password.
6. Your CMA December 2024 result will be displayed on the screen.
7. Download and print the result for future reference.

Passing Criteria

To clear the CMA Intermediate examination, candidates need to score at least 40% marks in each subject and an aggregate of 50% in the non-exempted papers of the group. For the CMA Final exams, candidates must score a minimum of 40% in each subject.  

Previous Session Pass Percentage

The pass percentage for the previous session (June 2024) was as follows:

Intermediate:

• Group I: 16.10%  
• Group II: 28.69%  
• Both groups: 9.89% (passed in one group)  
• Both groups: 17.77% (passed in both groups)  

Final:

• Group III: 14.72%  
• Group IV: 50.95%
• Both groups: 30.76% (passed in one group)
• Both groups: 22.46% (passed in both groups)

Candidates who have successfully cleared the December 2024 exams will proceed to the next stage of the CMA program. Those who were not able to clear the exams can apply for the CMA June 2025 exams.
