IPL training: IPL training to start from 14th or 15 March, while the training venue has been identified.

According to the PTI report, the training place of IPL  that have been identified by the authorities are MCA ground in suburban Bandra Kurla Complex, MCA ground in Thane, the Dr DY Patil University ground and the CCI (Cricket Club of India) and the Reliance Corporate Park ground in Ghansoli, hence the main tournament will start from 26th March 2022.

Meanwhile, the Maharashtra government arranged a meeting with BCCI and Mumbai cricket association with some ministers like Aaditya Thackeray and Eknath Shinde along with MCA chief Vijay Patil and apex council members Ajinkya Naik and Abhay Hadap were present.

Hence these meetings were held because to conduct 10 teams IPL conduct well. Therefore all the players have to undergo the RTPCR test 48hr prior before they arrived in Mumbai.

The IPL 2022 20 match will conduct at Wankhede Stadium and CCI (Brabourne Stadium), while the 15 games will organise by   DY Patil stadium and the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium at Gahunje in Pune.

According to the Maharashtra sports Minister Sunil Kedar said “I hope, by the way, COVID-19 cases are decreasing day by day, we have a free (atmosphere). We hope that when IPL matches take place, at that time the atmosphere will be such that all people will be permitted to visit the stadiums. It will be a boost to players and it will be a good opportunity where people can come together. People have been sitting in homes for one-and-half to two years, we can hope (for that),”.

10 IPL Teams In 2022

There are 10 IPL teams which are divided into two groups.

Group A:

Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals, Kolkata Knight Riders, Rajasthan Royals, and Lucknow Super Giants.

Group B:

Chennai Super Kings, Sunrises Hyderabad, Royal Challengers Bangalore Punjab Kings, and Gujarat Titans. Maharashtra government allows a green corridor so that the IPL franchise teams can reach the stadium early.

Therefore the IPL 2022 will allow spectators while Brajesh Patel said “The IPL will start on Saturday, March 26,” Patel told PTI after the GC meeting. With two new teams, Lucknow Supergiants and Gujarat Titans added to the roster, there will be 74 matches that will be played at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium and Brabourne Stadium along with Navi Mumbai’s DY Patil ground and Gahunje Stadium in Pune”.

“Spectators will be allowed as per guidelines set by the Maharashtra government and to start with, it will be 40 per cent. If the COVID situation remains under control and cases decline, it might be a full house at the business end,” told PTI.

Hence the IPl 2022 will be one of the most important tournaments that will help each franchise player practicing for World Cup T20 ahead in Australia, and also the IPL 2022 conduct well and can help each IPL team, therefore it will be an amazing and beautiful IPL with some energy and the doubleheader game will be played in 12 days with 25 per cent of spectators into the stadium can make no difference ahead of 2022 IPL moving forward for the tournament.
