Eligibility Criteria (As of Jan 1, 2026)

1. Marketing Officer (Scale I)
Age: 22 to 30 years.
Education: Full-time Graduation plus a 2-year full-time MBA or PGDBM with a specialization in Marketing.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 1 year in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
2. Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III)
Age: 25 to 35 years.
Education: Full-time Graduation. Preference is given to those with CA, CFA, or MBA qualifications.
Mandatory: Must possess a Certificate in Foreign Exchange Operations from IIBF.
Experience: Minimum 5 years as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank, with 3 years specifically in Trade Finance or Forex.
Selection Process
The selection will be a two-stage process designed to test both technical knowledge and interpersonal skills:
Online Written Test: Tentatively scheduled for February or March 2026. Notably, there is no negative marking for incorrect answers in this cycle.
Personal Interview: Candidates who clear the written test will be called for an interview (tentatively March/April 2026).
The final merit list will be prepared using a weightage of 70:30 between the written exam and the interview.
