New Delhi, February 3, 2026: As we enter February 2026, the Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana remains a cornerstone of social welfare in Madhya Pradesh. With the 32nd installment successfully disbursed in January, over 1.26 crore women across the state are now looking forward to the upcoming 33rd installment, marking another chapter in the state’s mission for female financial independence.
The Madhya Pradesh government, led by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, has confirmed that the scheme continues to provide vital support to eligible women.
The program is more than just a cash transfer; it is a tool for social dignity. By providing direct financial assistance, the scheme empowers women to manage household expenses, children’s education, and healthcare needs without total dependency.
“This scheme doesn’t just fill pockets; it fuels courage. It has taught every ‘Ladli Behna’ how to stand on her own two feet.” — Local beneficiary feedback, Bhopal.
While the program is highly successful, the government has intensified its eligibility verification to ensure funds reach those most in need.
Beneficiaries are encouraged to visit the official portal (cmladlibahna.mp.gov.in) to verify their names on the Final Beneficiary List. If a name has been removed due to updated eligibility checks, the February installment may not be credited.
The state government has previously signaled a long-term goal of gradually increasing the monthly support to ₹3,000, subject to budgetary approvals. For now, the steady ₹1,500 remains a lifeline for millions, fostering a more self-reliant and “Sashakt” (strong) Madhya Pradesh.
