Within minutes, the fire intensified rapidly, spreading across the upper floors and engulfing the entire tin-shed structure of the manufacturing unit.

At the time the fire broke out, around 50 employees were actively working on the production lines. As soon as the administrative staff and workers noticed the sparks and subsequent smoke, emergency alarms were raised, and an organized evacuation was initiated. Thanks to the presence of functioning exit routes and the quick thinking of the plant management, all on-duty personnel managed to scramble out of the premises before the flames could seal off the exit points.
As the gravity of the situation became apparent, the Kundli Industrial Area (KIA) Association immediately utilized its internal communication channels and WhatsApp alert groups to inform nearby factory owners. Fearing that the fire could spread to adjacent manufacturing units, local authorities and industrial association leaders cooperated to evacuate nearby factories as a precautionary measure.
