Early Bird Offers (March 13 – March 17):
Both smartphones are powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, built on a cutting-edge 3nm process. This chipset features the 3rd Generation Oryon CPU, delivering a 20% boost in performance and a 35% improvement in power efficiency compared to its predecessor.
To keep this raw power in check, Xiaomi has integrated its 3D IceLoop cooling system, which utilizes a bionic vapor chamber to enhance thermal conductivity by 50%.
The Ultra model is a titan of mobile imaging. It introduces the world’s first 1-inch LOFIC (Lateral Overflow Integration Capacitor) main sensor, designed to handle extreme dynamic range—perfect for capturing high-contrast scenes like sunsets without blowing out highlights.
The Ultra also boasts a 6.9-inch HyperRGB OLED display with 3,500 nits peak brightness and a high-strength fiberglass or leather back.
For users who prefer a more ergonomic experience, the standard Xiaomi 17 offers a 6.3-inch CrystalRes OLED display with ultra-thin 1.18mm bezels. Despite its smaller frame, it houses a larger 6,330mAh battery (compared to the Ultra’s 6,000mAh), supported by 100W wired HyperCharge.
The series debuts with Xiaomi HyperOS 3 based on Android 16. It includes the HyperAI suite, featuring tools like AI Speech Recognition, AI Writing, and “Circle to Search” with Google Gemini. Both phones are rated IP68/IP69 for maximum water and dust resistance and support offline satellite communication.
