Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a high standard of professional service, the bank has set specific age and experience requirements for each role.
1. Educational Qualification
Mandatory: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. of India / AICTE.
Desirable: A 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management. Certifications from NISM or IRDA are also preferred.
2. Age Limit (as of March 1, 2026)
AVP II – Group Head: 31 to 45 years.
AVP II – Territory Head: 27 to 40 years.
Deputy Manager (Senior RM): 24 to 35 years.
Deputy Manager (Wealth Strategist): 24 to 45 years.
Note: Age relaxation applies to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD) as per government norms.
3. Experience Requirements
Group Head: Minimum 10 years in Wealth Management/Retail Banking/Investments, with at least 5 years as a Team Lead.
Territory Head: Minimum 6 years of experience, with 2 years as a Team Lead.
Deputy Manager (Both roles): Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or Investment Counsellor in the financial sector.
Selection Process & Application Fee
