New Delhi, April 10, 2026: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is set to release the admit cards for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2026 today, April 10, 2026. Thousands of aspiring candidates across the state are expected to access the official portal to secure their hall tickets, which are mandatory for entry into the examination hall.
The KCET serves as the primary gateway for students seeking admission into various professional undergraduate programs, including Engineering, B.Pharma, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, and Allied Health Sciences in both government and private aided/unaided colleges in Karnataka.
Locate the Link: On the homepage, look for the “KCET 2026 Admit Card/Hall Ticket” download link under the “Admission” section.
Enter Credentials: You will be prompted to enter your Application Number and Date of Birth (or password as specified).
Submit & View: Click the submit button. Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
Print & Save: Download the PDF and take at least 2–3 clear printouts on A4-sized paper for future use.

Once you have downloaded the hall ticket, ensure that the following details are accurate. In case of any discrepancy, contact the KEA helpdesk immediately:
Candidate’s Name and Photograph: Ensure the image is clear and the spelling is correct.

KCET 2026 Exam Schedule and Pattern
The examination will be conducted in an offline (pen-and-paper) mode across various centers in Karnataka. The schedule is as follows:
April 23: Physics (Morning Session) and Chemistry (Afternoon Session).
April 24: Biology (Morning Session) and Mathematics (Afternoon Session).
Each paper consists of 60 marks with a duration of 80 minutes. Notably, there is no negative marking in the KCET exam, allowing students to attempt all 180 questions across the three required subjects.
Exam Day Guidelines
Mandatory Documents: You must carry the printed admit card along with a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport).
Reporting Time: Arrive at the exam center at least 60 minutes before the start of the session to complete the verification process.
Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, calculators, digital watches, and any electronic gadgets are strictly forbidden.
