The Pravaig Defy is an all-electric SUV that combines luxury, power, and environmental consciousness. Developed by Bengaluru-based startup Pravaig Dynamics, the Defy aims to deliver a premium driving experience with a focus on sustainability.

- Performance: The Defy boasts a dual-motor setup with all-wheel drive, generating 402 bhp and 620 Nm of torque. This enables the SUV to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 210 km/h.
- Range and Charging: Equipped with a 90.2 kWh battery, the Defy offers a claimed range of over 500 km on a single charge. It supports fast charging, allowing the battery to be charged from 0-80% in 30 minutes.
- Design and Features: The Defy features a distinctive design with sharp lines and a sloping roofline. It includes Rolls-Royce-style suicide doors, connected LED taillights, and 18-inch alloy wheels. The interior emphasizes sustainability with vegan leather and recycled materials. Notable features include a 15.6-inch central display, a Devialet audio system, cooled and powered seats, and a panoramic sunroof.
- Off-Road Capability: The Defy has a ground clearance of 234mm, making it suitable for off-road driving. An off-road-focused version called the ‘Veer’ is also available.
- Made in India: The Pravaig Defy is developed and manufactured in India, contributing to the growth of the domestic EV industry.

The Pravaig Defy was launched at a starting price of ₹39.5 lakh (ex-showroom). Bookings are open, and deliveries are expected to begin in late 2023.
