The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is all set to announce the final phase seat allotment results for AP EAMCET 2025 today, August 4, 2025. This highly anticipated announcement marks a crucial step for thousands of candidates seeking admission to engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy courses across various colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

The Final Stage of the Counselling Process

The final phase of AP EAMCET counselling began with registrations and fee payments from July 27 to July 30. Following this, the verification of uploaded certificates was completed, and candidates were given the opportunity to exercise their web options from July 28 to July 31, with a provision for editing options on August 1. Today, the culmination of this process will see the final allocation of seats based on the candidates’ ranks, preferences, and the availability of seats in the participating institutions.

How to Check the Allotment Result

Candidates who participated in the final phase of counselling can check their seat allotment status by following these steps:

  1. Visit the official AP EAMCET counselling website: eapcet-sche.aptonline.in.
  2. Look for the link related to the “Final Phase Allotment Result” or “Allotment Order Download.”
  3. Click on the link and enter your login credentials, which typically include your AP EAMCET hall ticket number and date of birth.
  4. Once logged in, your seat allotment status will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Download and save a copy of the allotment letter for future reference.

Candidates are also advised to keep an eye on their registered mobile numbers, as the allotment details are often sent via SMS as well.

What to Do After Receiving the Allotment Order

Receiving a seat allotment order is not the end of the admission process. It is a critical first step that requires timely action. Shortlisted candidates must complete a two-step process to secure their admission:

  1. Online Self-Reporting: Candidates must first log in to the official portal to complete the self-reporting process and express their acceptance of the allotted seat.
  2. Reporting to the Allotted College: After self-reporting, candidates must physically report to their allotted college between August 4 and August 8, 2025. This step is mandatory to confirm the admission and is crucial for document verification.

Important Documents for College Reporting

When reporting to the college, candidates must carry both original documents and their photocopies for verification. The list of required documents typically includes:

  • AP EAMCET 2025 Rank Card
  • AP EAMCET 2025 Hall Ticket
  • AP EAMCET 2025 Allotment Letter
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Memorandum of Marks (Intermediate or its equivalent)
  • Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent memo)
  • Study certificates from VI to Intermediate
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Income certificate or White Ration Card (for fee reimbursement)
  • Aadhaar card
  • Residence certificate (if applicable)
  • Passport-size photographs

Candidates who fail to complete both the online self-reporting and physical reporting to the college by the specified deadline will forfeit their allotted seat. The final phase of counselling is the last opportunity for admissions through the convenor quota for this academic year, making it essential for all candidates to act promptly. Classwork for the new academic session is scheduled to commence today, August 4, 2025.
