The RGUKT AP IIIT Selection Merit List, which includes admissions to the Nuzvid, RK Valley (Idupulapaya), Ongole, and Srikakulam campuses, was announced on June 23, 2025, after 5:00 PM. This provisional list is based on the candidates’ performance in their SSC (10th class) or equivalent examination, with a deprivation score of 4% added for students who studied in government schools.

- Locate the “Selection Merit List 2025” link: On the homepage, click on the prominent link for the merit list.
- Enter credentials: You will be prompted to enter your Application ID and Date of Birth.
- View and Download: Your merit list will be displayed on the screen. Download the PDF and save it for future reference.
