New Delhi, january 31, 2026: The world-renowned UAE-based influencer Khalid Al Ameri has once again captured the internet’s heart, this time from the breathtaking valleys of Kashmir. Known for his storytelling and cross-cultural bridge-building, Al Ameri recently shared a series of viral posts documenting his journey through what he describes as a “snowy paradise filled with beauty beyond imagination.”
Stepping away from the desert landscapes of Dubai, the 42-year-old creator traded his signature white kandura for a traditional Kashmiri Pheran. In a video that has amassed millions of views, Khalid is seen gliding across the serene Dal Lake in a shikara and even braving a “snow bath” in the sub-zero temperatures of Gulmarg.
For Al Ameri, the trip was more than just a tourist outing; he described it as a lesson in mindfulness.
“There is a calm in Kashmir that goes beyond its landscapes,” he wrote on LinkedIn. “It is in the stillness, the unhurried pace, and the space it creates to think clearly.”
He praised the local hospitality and the way tradition is lived daily, noting that the “true beauty” of the region lies in its people and their preserved culture.
The trip also drew a sweet public interaction with his partner, South Indian actress Sunaina Yella. The couple, who “soft-launched” their relationship on Instagram in late 2024, have been the subject of much fan excitement.
Reacting to Khalid’s stunning visuals of the snow-covered valley, Sunaina commented: “Thank you for showing how beautiful Kashmir is [love emoji].”
Khalid’s response—“Wish you were here”—quickly sent fans into a frenzy, with many hoping to see the couple visit the valley together in the future. Sunaina, an established star in Tamil and Telugu cinema, was recently seen in the Amazon Prime series Inspector Rishi and has been a steady presence in Khalid’s recent life updates since they confirmed their relationship during his birthday celebrations in December.
Local officials and residents have welcomed Al Ameri’s visit, viewing it as a major boost for the region’s tourism revival. By highlighting Kashmir as a safe, deeply spiritual, and visually incomparable destination just a four-hour flight from the Middle East, Khalid has effectively invited his 18 million followers to experience the valley for themselves.
As the “Chilla-i-Kalan” (the harshest 40 days of winter) comes to an end, Khalid’s “love letter” to Kashmir serves as a reminder of the timeless allure of the Himalayas.
