The couple successfully offloaded their compact luxury apartment in the premium Juhu locality for Rs 3.9 crore, nearly doubling their investment over a 13-year period.

The Details of the Deal

The buyer has been identified as Mrs. Darshana Ghatlia. In a savvy financial move, the buyer availed a 1% stamp duty concession, a benefit offered by the Maharashtra government to encourage women-led property ownership. This brought the stamp duty payment to roughly Rs 19.5 lakh.
