Acer has officially re-entered the Indian smartphone market with the launch of two new smartphones: the Acer Super ZX and the Acer Super ZX Pro. This marks the brand’s attempt to regain attention in India’s competitive mid-range segment. Both phones will be available for purchase on Amazon India starting April 25th, 2025.
The Acer Super ZX is priced starting at ₹9,990 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. The Acer Super ZX Pro starts at ₹17,990 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration.
The Acer Super ZX features a 6.8-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and offers up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The device includes a triple rear camera setup, featuring a 64MP Sony IMX682 primary sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies, it has a 13MP front camera. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, and stock Android 15.
The Acer Super ZX Pro boasts a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1000 nits peak brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor and offers up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The rear camera setup includes a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with OIS, a 5MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro unit. The front camera is a 50MP OmniVision OV50D sensor. Like the Super ZX, it has a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging and runs on stock Android 15. Additional features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, dual speakers with Dolby Atmos, Wi-Fi 6, and an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.
The Super ZX Pro offers a more premium experience with its AMOLED display, more powerful processor, and enhanced camera system. Both phones aim to cater to budget-conscious users and those seeking feature-rich devices.
