New Delhi, january 16, 2026: In a significant move to redefine the upper-midrange smartphone market, iQOO has officially launched the iQOO Z11 Turbo in China. Positioned as a “performance beast,” the device brings flagship-grade specifications—including the latest Snapdragon silicon and a massive battery—to a segment that typically balances power with price.

The iQOO Z11 Turbo succeeds the popular Z10 series, pushing the boundaries of what consumers can expect from the “Z” lineup.

Cutting-Edge Performance: Snapdragon 8 Gen 5

At the heart of the iQOO Z11 Turbo lies the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. Built on a sophisticated 3nm process, this octa-core processor features a peak clock speed of 3.8GHz, ensuring the device can handle the most demanding mobile games and multitasking workloads with ease.

To further enhance the gaming experience, iQOO has integrated:

  • Q2 Gaming Chip: A dedicated supercomputing chip designed to boost frame rates and optimize visual clarity.
  • Ice Dome Cooling System: A dual-mesh vapor chamber system that reportedly reduces core temperatures by up to 15°C, preventing thermal throttling during extended gaming sessions.
  • Memory & Storage: The device offers up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage, reaching an impressive AnTuTu benchmark score of over 3.59 million points.

Display: 144Hz Fluidity and 5,000 Nits Brightness

The front of the device is dominated by a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED flat display. Catering to both gamers and media enthusiasts, it supports a 144Hz refresh rate and a staggering 5,000 nits local peak brightness.

Safety and comfort haven’t been overlooked, as the panel includes 4,320Hz PWM dimming to reduce eye strain in low-light conditions. The screen is protected by Schott Shield glass, adding an extra layer of durability against accidental drops.

Battery Life: Breaking the 7,000mAh Barrier

One of the most talked-about features is the massive 7,600mAh “Blue Ocean” battery. Utilizing second-generation semi-solid-state technology, the battery maintains high energy density while remaining relatively thin, allowing the phone to stay just 7.9mm thick.

  • Charging: It supports 100W wired flash charging, which can quickly replenish the enormous cell.
  • Durability: iQOO claims the battery remains active and efficient in extreme temperatures ranging from -20°C to 40°C.

Photography: 200MP Primary Sensor

Breaking tradition for the Z-series, the Z11 Turbo debuts a 200MP primary camera equipped with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). This sensor supports 4x lossless zoom, allowing for detailed crops without significant quality loss. The dual-camera setup on the rear is completed by an 8MP ultra-wide lens, while a 32MP front camera handles high-resolution selfies and 4K video recording.
