In the footage, which surfaced in late December 2025, the agent is observed expressing deep frustration after being forced to park his vehicle nearly 600 metres away from a delivery location. The viral clip was recorded by Arjun Sethi, a delivery executive who was assigned an order at an upscale gated villa community in Bengaluru. Upon arrival, Sethi was reportedly denied entry by the security guards, a common protocol in many high-end residential societies that prohibits delivery vehicles from entering the inner lanes.
