New Delhi, November 25, 2025: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the admit cards for the IBPS Clerk Mains 2025 examination. Candidates who successfully qualified in the Preliminary examination (CRP CSA-XV) can now download their hall tickets from the official website, ibps.in.

This is a crucial announcement for aspirants aiming for a clerical position (Customer Service Associate) in India’s public sector banks, as the Mains examination is the final stage before provisional allotment.

Key Exam Dates Confirmed

The IBPS has confirmed that the Clerk Mains 2025 examination will be conducted on two dates:

  • November 29, 2025
  • December 2, 2025

This two-day schedule, revised from an earlier single-day plan, aims to accommodate the large number of qualified candidates. The admit card download window is currently active and will remain open until December 2, 2025.

How to Download Your Mains Hall Ticket

Candidates must ensure they download and print their admit cards well before the exam dates. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the CRP section: Click on the link for ‘CRP Clerical’ or the notification regarding ‘Online Main Exam Call Letter for CRP-CSA-XV’ on the homepage.
  2. Visit the official IBPS website: Go to ibps.in.
  3. Log In: Enter your credentials:
    • Registration Number / Roll Number
    • Password / Date of Birth (in DD/MM/YYYY format)
  4. Download and Print: The admit card will appear on your screen. Download the PDF and take multiple printouts for safety.

Note: The admit card provides vital details, including your exam center address, reporting time, and specific instructions. Cross-check all personal details and exam information carefully.

Essential Documents and Exam Day Instructions

Appearing for the Mains exam requires strict adherence to IBPS guidelines. Candidates must carry the following documents to the examination centre:

  • IBPS Clerk Mains Admit Card 2025 (Printed copy with a passport-size photo affixed).
  • Photo Identity Proof: An original and a photocopy of a valid Photo ID proof (e.g., PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID). The name on the ID must match the name on the admit card.
  • Preliminary Exam Call Letter: The authenticated/stamped copy of the Prelims Call Letter along with the authenticated/stamped copy of the ID proof that was submitted during the Prelims exam.

Candidates are advised to read the instructions on the call letter thoroughly. No entry will be permitted without the printed admit card and valid photo ID.

Overview of the Mains Examination

The Mains examination is a comprehensive test designed to evaluate candidates for the clerical post. It consists of four sections and will be conducted for a total of 200 marks over 160 minutes.
